Information about the racket:
The Nox ML10 Shotgun is the offensive model in the Miguel Lamperti series. This is the latest model that WPT player Miguel Lamperti is using on the 2024 tour, albeit in a diamond shape. It has changed quite a bit from its predecessor and thus become even better than before.
The racket has a diamond shape together with a high balance which makes it suitable for the offensive player who seeks maximum speed in the shots. Below we describe a range of different technologies and material choices that make the racket one of the best on the market.
New with this year's model is that Nox has chosen to use 18K carbon fiber In the hitting surfaceas opposed to 12K carbon fiber that was in the previous year's model. This stiff hitting surface contributes to a very good speed in the shots. It also means that you have to hit through the shot more and that the racket does not help with the speed as much as on a soft racket. The stiff surface therefore results in more speed than a softer racket.
The popular core HR3 Core is present as usual in this model. It is a High memory EVA, which means that it generates better speed in the offensive game, while you get more control in the defensive game.
The grip on this model is extended by 10mm, which is called Oversized Grip. Nox usually has relatively short grips and a longer grip suits those who want to play a double-handed backhand more easily or simply prefer it.
The racket also has the patented Nox Custom Grip technology which reduces vibrations by 29% and increases grip by 52%. This gives the ultimate grip for the player who has elbow problems or sweats a lot and is removable if you prefer to play without it.
Pulse system. There are ttwo rubber bands on either side of the handle thatreducates vibrations that come to the handle and are transmitted to the player's hand. This contributes to a nicer feeling playing with the racket.
This model is equipped with Smart strap system. The racket then offers the opportunity to easily replace the wrist strap with a new one, which contributes to better hygiene and a fresher racket.
Just like last year's model, the rack is established with DCS - Dynamic Composite Structure. This means that Nox has chosen to apply more material from the frame, up to four centimeters into the hitting surface to minimize the difference in hardness between the frame and the hitting surface. This means that the racket becomes significantly more durable because when the ball hits outside the sweetspot, the risk of the racket cracking is minimized strong>.
The new EOS Flap technology is applied to the racket. A carefully studied and developed part of the frame that increases aerodynamics, stabilizes the balance and makes the racket easier to maneuver. The combination of an outstanding design and engineering, together with the best materials results in the player getting better control, more speed and thus a better gaming experience.
New Molded Frame - Nox has chosen to use lighter and more solid materials in the frame and it has received a new design that improves, among other things, aerodynamics, balance and appearance.
