How long is the delivery time?

We always send your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.

1-3 Days delivery time within Sweden

1-5 Days delivery time to other countries in Europe.

The delivery time refers to weekdays (not public holidays and holidays)

Where and how is my package delivered?

Within Sweden:

For orders within Sweden, all packages are delivered to your nearest Postnord service point. Find your nearest Postnord service point at

Other countries in Europe:

For orders to other countries in Europe other than Sweden, the package is delivered to your door via your country's national postal company. You can see which postal service delivers to you by filling in your address and country at checkout.

If you are not at home and can receive the package, it can usually be collected from the nearest post office the following day. You will receive a notice about this from your postal company.

Can I return an item I bought from you?

Of course!

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of return, which applies to all our products.

It happens that sometimes you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that. That's why we offer a 14-day right of return, which can also be called "open purchase". As a customer, you can use this to your advantage. You can buy a racket to bring it home and inspect for any damage that may be present. If it does not feel right, just send it back to us!


  1. Send an email to where you describe why you want to make a return, which product applies, order number and your name.
  2. The product must be in the same condition as when you received the product. The price tag must be intact and any plastic on the handle must remain (If you bought a new one). You as the customer are responsible for any return costs (the shipping costs back to us). If we suspect that the product has been used, we will deduct an estimated decrease in value, at least 10% of the product's price.
  3. Await a reply from us to the email, we will send more information on how to make your return by email.

NOTE: Never send a product to us without our response/approval

Do I have to pay duty or other fees on a purchase?

No, all rackets are sent from our warehouse in Sweden, therefore no duty or taxes.

The same applies to all countries in the EU, no duty or extra charges will be added.

VAT is included in all prices on the website.

Can I exchange my racket for another one you have on the website?

No, unfortunately not.

Unfortunately, we do not make exchanges directly or with intermediate differences.

On the other hand, we can buy your racket for an agreed price, in exchange for you buying what you are interested in on the website. This becomes indirect as a prey.
